How can I trust your discretion?
Before any formal conversations begin, we sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement to ensure that the details of your collection, assets, family, and anything else shared during or after the consultation remain private. This is done whether you join Parc Fermé or not.
How do we determine if this is a right fit?
After the NDA, we begin with a consultation to understand your fleet, goals, preferred communication and timelines. Between the initial introduction, consultation, and Private Client Intake Meeting, there are several opportunities to perform vetting both ways and decide on a membership that aligns with your priorities.
Do you handle the DMV? What about international transactions?
Yes. If you decide to join the private office, a limited-power of attorney agreement and cross-border wire & foreign exchange agreement are just two of several documents that are part of your onboarding packet. This allows our concierge, experienced in both the domestic and international automotive industry, to support individuals and families with multifaceted automotive needs.
What should I expect regarding payments and invoicing?
After agreeing on a membership tier, there is an annual retainer. For any third-party transactions we provide a detailed quote for approval, outlining services and timelines. Payments for third-party services are due upon receipt of invoice. This transparent process ensures you know exactly what to expect before moving forward.
